However, it is certainly noteworthy that the actress confirmed the news at the premiere of Gunn’s final Marvel Studios film. The question now, of course, is whether Vol. 3 is also Klementieff’s final MCU film and which DC character is Gunn having conversations and making plans about title As for the first question, general audiences still don’t know whether Mantis survives Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. If not, there are plenty of other opportunities within the DCU reboot slate, such as Peacemaker Season 2, Paradise Lost, The Brave and the Bold, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, and more. Now that the Mantis star has confirmed her DC future, it will be interesting to see if a studio confirmation – and information about her secretive role – will follow.
